second, and every opportunity.
Service Levels
We offer three key levels of Commercial Lines telemarketing services, depending
on our client’s needs and goals. In addition, we have available a fourth level of
service for those who are looking for a more proactive approach in marketing.
Level 1: Quality Data
Based on the markets you want to target, NMSDATA will provide you with a viable,
customized list of names to begin the prospecting process. You can choose from geography,
industry and company demographic information to find prospects that look like the
customers you want. Our list service helps you to target the right prospects. Each
list includes: business name, address/city/state/zip, phone number, contact and
title, county, SIC Code, SIC Description, and number of employees. And, with access
to 14 million business prospects, our lists include the most up-to-date information.
We work with you to filter through the raw data and millions of names, and then
break it down by the components that are truly interesting to you (industry and
specific industry categories within a general “vertical market” and so on) to get
that content you really and truly need in the quantities that fit your requirements
– that is what our expertise in building strong lists does to help your marketing
become much more targeted and effective.
Level 2: Quality Data, Leads / X-Dates, Appointments
This service includes quality lists, and using the NMSDATA Call Center to do the
calling to generate qualified business leads for your agency. We’ll complete more
than 13 critical data fields to obtain all the information you need, including X-dates,
to sell your specific insurance program. If an X-date comes up within a 120-day
window we will set the appointment. Either way, we’ll provide your lead information
electronically or, you can use your Control Panel in this website to download your
leads. As X-dates (120 days) approach, your producers will follow up to set up appointments.
For quality results, it’s essential that you maintain customer contact on a regular
basis.
Please note that it requires about 125 hours of labor to call 1,000 mid-size business
names. In that time, 250-300 X-dated leads can be generated. By outsourcing the
laborious cold calling, freeing up your producers to follow up on qualified leads,
you jump start the sales process by 75%.
Level 3: Quality Data, Database Management, Leads / X-Dates,
Letters, Appointments
Complete database management is our most comprehensive service package. First, NMSDATA
provides you a quality list. Next we qualify names to generate leads for you as
described in Service Level 2. We keep track of all X-dates in our state-of-the-art
CRM system and start calling each and every X-date 120 days in advance of the renewal
in order to set up appointments for your producers.
A Step Ahead: Off-Season Appointments 365
Always thinking outside the box, we developed our "Off-Season Appointments 365"
as an optional service. A proactive, relationship marketing approach, this is designed
literally to “open” doors to your prospects. Our goal here is to get your producers
face to face with prospects, regardless of when their renewals are due. Using this
approach gives you a head start on beginning a rapport with prospects and eventually
establishing a relationship with them. You get to evaluate their buying dynamics
and their needs, and solidify a professional relationship so that once the renewal
time comes along, you are poised to garner accounts not only based on price but
also on customer confidence. Off-Season appointments are a great strategy, but it’s
important to remember that insurance-buying decision makers are in control of whether
they want to agree to see you and, most of the time they look at their insurance
needs at renewal time.
