All success stories should be submitted following this format:
- Basic Info:
Include your name, job title and the company name.
- Critical issue:
What was your or the company's major challenge to overcome? For example, "The VP
of Sales could not commit to a set number of new business appointments due to a
lack of X-dates for follow-up. This affected not only the VP of Sales who couldn't
help his producers meet their revenue forecast, but the Controller who was unable
to predict profit for the quarter, and the President who couldn't meet his revenue
projections and profit commitment to his/her appointed insurance carriers."
- Reasons: Why
did this situation occur? For example, the agency relied too heavily on business
referrals that did not match the underwriting criteria of appointed carriers.
- Vision: What
were the capabilities you needed to solve this challenge? Explain the problem in
your own words?
- The Solution:
How did NMSDATA/PROGRAMBUSINESS products or services provide the capabilities you
needed to address the challenge?
- Result: Provide
specific, measurable improvement(s) your company realized through the use of NMSDATA/PROGRAMBUSINESS
products or services.
A jury made up of NMSDATA/PROGRAMBUSINESS senior staff will choose the success story
of the year, and the winner will be notified once the decision is made. The winner
agrees to an interview with the editor of our newsletter "Insurance Unplugged" to
be debuted as a feature story in an upcoming issue and included on our website.
